Also, when it comes to the hot season, avoid the aliments which need a lot of time and a high temperature to be cooked, such as beans, rice, meat creams or other such aliments.
When you cook on the cooker, use only one ring, leaving aside the ingredients which have already been cooked and waiting for the rest of the food to cook, too. This way, the temperature in your kitchen won’t rise significantly and in a very short period of time.
You should also make more sauces and eat more marinated things. Your fresh ingredients shouldn’t be left in the fridge for more than one night because they won’t be fresh the next day, they will only be cold.
